Joybound Around Town, formerly ARF's Animals on Broadway, celebrates the special bond between pets and people and the happiness and well-being it brings to families and communities. For 24 years, the Contra Costa community has gathered with family and friends (including the furry ones!) to enjoy this fun day out for a good cause. Once again hosted at Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza, 2024’s event is not to be missed. To kick off our celebration, event participants will take a one-mile walk with their four-legged pals around the plaza, spreading unconditional joy with the community. The day continues with our popular pet wellness festival featuring animal product and service booths, games, and entertainment, including the event’s popular Best-Dressed Pet Contest on the main stage.
