From two Weber grills at the Brentwood Farmers Market in 2010, SLOW-HAND BBQ has grown into a beloved fixture in Martinez and Pleasant Hill. We're passionate about true wood-smoked barbecue, using only California White Oak in our custom brick pits – no gas, no electricity, just pure hardwood smoke and time.

Everything we serve is made from scratch daily, from our signature sauces to our homestyle sides. As a family-owned business with deep roots in this community, we're grateful for the journey that's taken us from local markets to our restaurant doors. We invite you to join us for some slow-smoked goodness, served up the Slow Hand way.
