Breakfast & Jazz Aboard SS Red Oak $15
1325 Canal Blvd,
Richmond
End of the summer breakfast event aboard the SS Red Oak Victory Ship at the Richmond Shipyard. Have a great breakfast and listen to the Mission Gold Jazz Band for a $15 donation, $5 for children under 8 years.
End of Summer Pancake Breafast: The costume contest, the new items in the ship's store, and the introduction of Snafu, the ship's World War II mascot. But we haven't said enough about our band for the day, The Mission Gold Jazz Band. They are new to Red Oak Victory but have been around for decades and are recognized as one of the top traditional jazz bands.
Your breakfast and donation to the ship
is only $15 for adults and $5 for children 8
and under. Breakfast service begins at 9:00
AM and ends at 12:30 PM. For an extra breakfast
pick-me-up, Mimosas will be available for a small
additional charge for our adult patrons.
A limited number of specially priced tickets will
also be available for guests wishing to take a docent-led
tour of the ship. Those tickets usually sell out
ahead of time, so you'd better buy those right away!
Our radio room will be in operation so
you can send a radiogram to anyone in the
world. Imagine you are on a world cruise in the 1930s
and have the radio operator send your message via our original,
Morse code-only ship's radio. Just fill out the radiogram form
including the recipient's email or phone number and we'll take
care of the rest at no charge!
Red Oak Victory is the perfect spot for all-around views of the
entire San Francisco Bay Area. So you'll want to arrive early to
reserve your seat with the best view!
