Celebrate Love & Life with a five-course gastronomic affair with chef extraordinaire, Chef Frank Miller, and Kevin & Barbara Brown of R&B Cellars. Each course is thoughtfully paired with an award-winning wine of R&B Cellars, including two special Napa Valley library wines.

FIRST COURSE

AMUSE-GUEULE (amuse-bouche) 

Chef’s Choice Assorted Appetizer plate 

Paired with Roulade en Rosé (Rosé of Mourvèdre)

SECOND COURSE – choice of

COQUILLE SAINT JACQUES 

scallops baked in a white wine cream sauce topped with a heart-shaped puff pastry crust

ASPARAGUS ARANCINI – balsamic aioli sauce

Fried asparagus risotto balls stuffed with fresh mozzarella and four kinds of cheese

Paired with the 2019 Reprise Roussanne

THIRD COURSE – salad course 

PETIT WEDGE SALAD Paired with a Blenc de Blanc Méthode Champenoise

Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with applewood bacon, tomatoes, chives, crumbled blue cheese,

blue cheese dressing served with fine herb flatbread

Paired with a Blanc de Blanc Méthode Champenise

FOURTH COURSE – choice of

SALMON EN CROUTE – shrimp mousse and lobster sauce 

Baked fresh salmon stuffed with shrimp mousse, wrapped in puff pastry crust served with lobster sauce

Paired with 2010 Napa Valley Zydeco Zinfandel (Library Wine!)

GRILLED NEW YORK STEAK & SHRIMP SCAMPI

Prime New York steak grilled, served with garlic, lemon butter sauteed

Paired with 2004 Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet (Library Wine - Superb Vintage!)

DESSERT

PASSION FRUIT MOUSSE – crème anglaise sauce 

Paired with a Rosé Méthode Champenoise
