The Rabbit's Feet return to the original concept of the Rhumba Bums, the endemic sound of 1950's New Orleans Rhythm and blues. We're inspired by the sounds of Professor Longhair, Irma Thomas, Huey Piano Smith, Smiley Lewis (and many more!) and will be emulating the distinctive sounds of Earl Palmer and Lee Allen. And we will get down into that particular pre-funk but funky New Orleans groove.
