The City of Concord hosts a special Music & Science evening on Thursday, October 4th, 2018 at Todos Santos Plaza from 6 pm to 8:30 pm featuring the excellent Pink Floyd tribute band, House of Floyd, doing all of ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ with their spectacular laser light show.

The opening segment features a rousing “Singing for Science” performance interspersed with a fun and educational audience participation science quiz.

The event is FREE to the public. Wear layers.

HOUSE OF FLOYD is San Francisco’s immersive Pink Floyd tribute band. Rather than simply replicating the iconic band’s recorded songs, HOUSE OF FLOYD focuses on the adventurous live arrangements and sonic explorations of their namesake. Built around the jam-based interpretations and engulfing sound effects and visuals that made Pink Floyd’s live sets so popular, HOUSE OF FLOYD lays down the grooves to deliver serious musical magic: stellar musicians, the legendary films and tape effects, surround sound, atmospheric lighting, lasers, fog, and all that hypnotic Floyd.
