ATTENTION BREWERS… What are you doing for Octoberfest? What kind of beers will you be serving? Post it here. Cheers!
I see Andy @ SIDE GATE BREWING, Concord has posted his 2ND ANNIVERSARY PARTY https://www.contracostalive.com/event/7268. Happy Anniversary. What are you pouring?
EPIDEMIC ALES, Concord has some fun scheduled Saturday July 22, starting at 4pm. Tasty beer sampling prices, a gyro food truck, live music 4-7 and a FREE COMEDY SHOW @ 8PM. Saw it on https://www.contracostalive.com/event/7269
FAVORITE BEERS I’d like to try again San Miguel Dark and a Bass Ale. Go ahead what’s a beer you would like to revisit again?
DEL CELIO BREWING, Martinez has some entertainment this month, a nice beer sampler and a tasty menu. Saw this https://www.contracostalive.com/event/7250
FIVE SONS BREWING, Martinez has 12 beers on the TAP LIST https://www.fivesunsbrewing.com/our-beers. I wonder how many beers they have brewing at any one time? How many different beers do they make?
ARMISTICE BREWING, Richmond has 12 beers on their TAP LIST https://www.fivesunsbrewing.com/our-beers. I wonder if any of these are brand new or are they simply filling stocks of best sellers?
EAST BROS, in Richmond, has 9 beers ON TAP and some entertainment scheduled https://www.eastbrotherbeer.com/taproom. They don’t offer samplers that I can see. Maybe you just say “that stout looks interesting can I have a taste?”
ELEVATION 66, El Cerrito, has a different pricing model. They poor all there beers to 20oz portions and charge $8.50 https://www.elevation66.com/tap-list. They do this so they don’t have to remember a bunch of different prices? Again no samplers offered.
FOUR LEGS BREWING, Brentwood actually has a small taproom on the backside of the new Monica’s (the old Riverview Lodge) on the water in downtown Antioch. I had my customary sampler there and enjoyed myself immensely https://fourlegsbrewing.com/tap-list. Apparently, you just have to know because they don’t show that Antioch address on the website. It was there a month ago. I’ll try it again next time I’m in the area.
CANYON CLUB BREWERY, Moraga, has a different type of site I’m not sure I know how to use. They show a beer menu and use the word FLIGHTS so I’m thinking sampler but I’m not sure. What do you think? Do they
offer beer samplers or not? https://gotab.io/loc/canyonclub/menu/beverage
HEADLANDS BREWING, Lafayette, that’s odd when I looked to see their beer list they showed me the cans of beer not what ON TAPP hold on now I found it. Hmmm the menu is too small for me to read even with my glasses on. I like the food menu and have to go check out if they have a sampler. Can you tell? https://headlandsbrewing.com/beer-menu/
DANVILLE BREWING COMPANY, Danville has 9 beers they make and a sampler yeah. This is one of the few places you can also order a “bump” (cocktail) it’s nice to have the option. PDF menu? https://headlandsbrewing.com/beer-menu/Nice bourbon list and I like the rye list as well. Cheers!
CANYON LAKES has a huge beer list with something on it for everyone. That must have a huge capacity to make beer or they show some guest beers. What do you say? https://headlandsbrewing.com/beer-menu/
